Submitting a quote request does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.

Our website contact form uses FormSubmit.app, a third-party service that receives inquiries, filters certain spam submissions, may retain them according to account settings and forwards them by email to authorized recipients.

Submitted information, along with certain associated technical metadata, is processed by this provider to receive, protect against abuse and deliver inquiries. Submissions are retained by FormSubmit.app for 30 days.

When live chat is enabled, it is provided by tawk.to. Information shared through live chat may be processed by this provider to operate the service.

Some service providers may process information outside Quebec or Canada. Applicable processing arrangements and transfers must be reviewed and assessed as required before use.

4. Storage and Security

Information needed to handle inquiries and manage projects is maintained in KAZ’s internal systems. Working files are currently stored locally.

Access to personal information is limited to authorized individuals who need it to perform their duties.

We apply safeguards appropriate to the information involved and retain personal information only as long as necessary for its intended purposes, subject to applicable legal requirements. Information is then destroyed or anonymized in accordance with applicable rules.

When tawk.to live chat is enabled, it may use cookies or local storage to maintain conversations and provide its features. Applicable consent mechanisms are presented to visitors when required.

KAZ may introduce website analytics or advertising tools in the future, including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. Before activating these tools, we will update the relevant disclosures and implement required consent mechanisms.
